St. Louis Music Update

OK,
I’m doing this for myself as well as anyone else interested in some worthwhile live music. Incredible musicianship! FYI: I think my current hit list is Return to Forever, DMS, Jeff Lorber and Take 6 (shown below). We’ll see how that goes… Maybe I need to setup a charitable Foundation for Brett’s entertainment. =)

FREE:
Missouri Botanical Garden: An excuse to get outside with sometimes decent tunes and get eaten by some bugs:

The new Chesterfield Amphitheater is sweet! Last minute, we saw GrooveThang last week (played at our wedding). That was probably the best of the lineup, but still might be good to hit another since the venue is so excellent (near Chesterfield Mall and YMCA):http://www.chesterfield.mo.us/concertseries.html

I think I’m actually going to try to get on some of the ones below this year because many artists songs I could just hit loop on all day/week long. =)

Herbie Hancock got a little too trippy for me when I saw him last. I prefer his super old stuff. Here are a bunch of others as an FYI:

Have a kickin’ week!
